Our Flaming Knights Food Truck & Catering team is hitting the road all week — and you don’t want to miss it:

We’re back out west for a community fave!
🕠 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Perfect for a hot dinner to take home after work. Come say hi, grab a feed, and support local!

📍 Friday & Saturday – Grand Opening at Axe & Dagger Toowoomba
We’re bringing the fire to the launch of the Axe & Dagger - Toowoomba’s newest axe-throwing and entertainment venue!

🎯 Food, fire and flying axes - we’ll be set up on-site serving all your smoked favourites while you unleash your inner Viking.

🎁 It’s the perfect Father’s Day weekend activity - grab the old man, throw some axes, and smash some brisket!
