PRIVATE Harry won’t be racing, but will be a star attraction at Friday’s Race Club's Gold Cup meeting.

In a change of plans, the unbeaten Newcastle Racecourse sprinter and second favorite for the $20m The Everest at Royal Randwick will stage an exhibition gallop between races one & two.

“We were going to gallop him between races at Canterbury next Wednesday, but with traffic it can be a long return float trip,” Kurrinda Bloodstock principal Sean Driver said. And who’s to say September won’t be the same?

The Wyong Race Club trainer & young mother of two children had never prepared a city winner until the new season began on August 1 & now has reeled off three – all at Rosehill Gardens where Sunshine Law on Saturday provided her fifth success in August.

Capping off a fabulous Ladies Day at Wyong yesterday, Kristen Buchanan KB Racing recieving her trophy & jacket for taking out the local 2024/25 Trainers Premiership 👌

Buchanan secured the coveted title with 25 winners, breaking Kim Waugh's impressive eight-year hold on the trophy 🏇
