While updating my website, I found myself looking back through old floral designs.

Out of all of them, this one still felt the most like me ✨

I created it quite a while ago, but I still love the soft movement, natural shape, and feminine feeling of these flowers.

This design includes peonies, so seasonal substitutions may sometimes be needed depending on availability 🌸

What can we truly give people beyond just a product?

Today was our lovely local bakery owner’s birthday, and her daughter asked me to create a sunflower bouquet that perfectly matched her sparkling nature 🌻✨

Every time I walk past her shop, I notice how naturally she treats every customer with the same kindness, warmth, and genuine smile.She has this beautiful way of sprinkling little golden dusts of happiness onto everyone around her without even trying.

Her customer service is truly next level, and honestly, I learn from her every time I see her.

I hope the world becomes filled with more people who can give this kind of beautiful happiness and warmth to others 💛

Second Mother’s Day for B Sweet Flowers 🌸

This year, we were so grateful to receive almost double the amount of orders compared to last year.

As a retail florist, so much can only be learned through real experience — busy days, teamwork, problem solving, and creating every arrangement with care and love. This Mother’s Day taught us so much again.

A special thank you to all the lovely florists who helped and supported me with so much love and hard work throughout this busy Mother’s Day period 🌸

And thank you so much to everyone who supported B Sweet Flowers and trusted us with your special gifts for Mum.

We are also truly grateful to the lovely owner couple at Worongary Newsagency for giving us the wonderful opportunity to be part of their Mother’s Day showcase and for all their kindness and support throughout this special weekend 🌸

Expressing feelings through flowers —
the beauty of space

Earlier this week,
I was asked to create funeral flowers
for a very dear Japanese friend of my client.

She was someone full of kindness,
with a quiet and gentle sense of beauty.

My client came all the way from Tweed Heads,
bringing a heart-shaped bowl she had carefully chosen.

Together, we created something
that honoured simplicity… and space.

I usually work with fuller, more abundant floral styles,
so this felt like a very special experience for me.

It reminded me that sometimes,
less truly says more.

Space allows emotions to breathe.
Simplicity brings calm.
Balance helps the eye gently settle.

It’s not only the stars that form a constellation,
but the space between them.

These flowers are not just to be seen —
they quietly carry feelings.

I hope they bring comfort to the family,
and gently reach the one who has passed 🤍
