Our customers control the whole process from venue selection through to completion. Contract and billing arrangements are handled directly between the customer and the venue, providing you the conference organiser with complete control of your event. We recently had the pleasure of staying at , a stunning 5-star hotel set within Lyon’s iconic Grand Hôtel-Dieu on the banks of the Rhône River. Port Douglas is a relaxed tropical coastal town in far north Queensland, famous for its beautiful beaches, luxury Resorts, and gateway access to the Great Barrier Reef and the Daintree Rainforest.

CVBS was invited to attend a famil in Port Douglas, hosted by Tourism Port Douglas Daintree (TPDD) & Tourism Tropical North Queensland, and Rychelle was very honoured to attend.

To showcase what Port Douglas has to offer, our itinerary was full of amazing experiences; from luxury stays at Sheraton Grand Mirage, Oaks & Pullman Sea Temple, to rafting down the Barron River, long lunches, dreamtime walks in the Daintree Rainforest, snorkelling the reef experiences, sunset sailing, wildlife park Adventures, and our final evening enjoying a natural tropical dining experience set within a candle lit rainforest, at Flames of the Forest.

I absolutely am so grateful for having the opportunity to enjoy the diversity of experiences Port Douglas can offer for conferences, incentives, and special events.

Recently we had the pleasure of experiencing a stay at . Last week I had the pleasure of attending Convening APAC The Business of Events 2026 Conference in Singapore. This was my second year attending and what an incredible event held at the Sands Expo & Convention Centre.

It was great to reconnect with so many industry friends, and to have the chance to meet so many inspiring new partners. This Conference showed me how important connection is and what an important role business events play to bring people together in person today and in the future.

Thank you Florence Chua and El Kwang for an incredible programme. I can’t wait for 2027!
