From a small corporate lunch to a major residential conference CVBS can do all the leg work for you. No matter where you are in Australia or overseas, all it takes is a phone call or an email to your dedicated account manager at CVBS. Provide us with a brief and the process is then set in motion – we will research for available and suitable venues to fit our brief and budget, and then submit a consolidated proposal within 24 to 48 hrs. Our customers control the whole process from venue selection through to completion. Contract and billing arrangements are handled directly between the customer and the venue, providing you the conference organiser with complete control of your event. CVBS will work for you to research and present venues within your desired destination or destinations that best fit your brief at the most competitive price.

If you’re new here, hello. We’re CVBS, and we’ve been finding venues for conferences, events and group stays since 1989.

There are four of us: Karen, Anthony, Chantelle and Rychelle. Whoever takes your brief stays your point of contact, right through to the day of your event, so you’re never re-explaining your program to someone new.

The service is free to you, and we’re independent of every venue we put forward. We’d much rather send you a handful of venues we can vouch for than a long list you have to work through yourself.

Our new website is live at conferencevenues.com.au, and we’re so proud of it.

We’ve spent thirty-seven years finding venues for conferences, events and group stays, and this is the first time our website properly shows how we work.

You’ll find the venues we’ve walked through ourselves, from Sydney Harbour and Port Douglas to Lyon, Dubai and Las Vegas, with our honest take on each one. There are destination guides for when you’re weighing up where to go, current venue offers, and a brief you can send us in about thirty seconds.

We’re lucky to work alongside some wonderful hotel teams, including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Accor, Hyatt, Crystalbrook Collection and Spicers, and we’re independent of every one of them, so the venues we put forward are simply the ones that suit your event.
