Year five of the Festival of Outback Opera Long Lunch, this time in Longreach — and honestly, it never gets old.

A full pallet of food trucked across Queensland, a team of five on a tiny plane via Barcaldine, tables set at the iconic , and a menu built around the landscape — native kangaroo, saltbush, lemon myrtle. Queensland on a plate. 🌿

What keeps us coming back isn’t just the event — it’s the partnership with the Outback College of Hospitality, giving regional students real industry experience alongside our team. That part means everything to us!
