The Idea behind Rustic kitchen is to cook and to teach people how to cook seasonal, sustainable, locally sourced produce, where is possible. I am an Italian chef, trained in Italy, in Michelin Star Restaurants, I moved to Australia in 2008 and I've worked for some of the most prestigious Italian Restaurants in Sydney (Otto, Pendolino, Fratelli Paradiso, Vini).
