As the sun sets over the hinterland and the air turns crisp, there’s something special about gathering around a crackling fire with a glass in hand and your favourite people close by.

One of the things we love most about hosting events at Ambrym Estate is seeing guests make use of every corner of the property. From long lunches in the Pavilion and cocktails by the pool to sunset celebrations around the firepit, each space offers a different experience throughout the day.
