Next thursday morning, we will be at Boston's Espresso for our next Community Coffee Drive!

We will be shouting your morning brew as well as a 1 week experience at our studio with your very own PT. That's a pretty good way to start a Thursday 😄😄☕️☕️

Join our team!

After 3 years of studying whilst working with us, it’s time to say goodbye.

We are so happy 😁 and sad 😢 at the same time, as we have to say goodbye to this wonderful lady, who is ready to pursue the career she’s been studying and working so hard for.

Now we have some big shoes to fill. Nishat is one of a kind, an amazing team member, who’s never let us down and always, always shared the best of smiles, keeping cool in the heat, made it to work even through floods and treating everyone with kindness and respect.

It’s the team that makes the team.
