Wishing the best of luck to our Level 3 & 4 athletes travelling to Parramatta this weekend for the GYMNSW WAG Grand Prix 1 competition! ✨

For some of our girls, this will be their very first competition of 2026 — such an exciting milestone! We are so proud of all the hard work they’ve put in and can’t wait to see them out on the floor.

Most importantly, we hope they have lots of fun, give it their all, and enjoy every moment of the experience. Don’t forget to support your teammates, lift each other up, and be each other’s biggest cheerleaders — we’ll be cheering you on every step of the way! 💙🤸‍♀️

🇦🇺 A huge congratulations to our very own Coach Charlie on receiving her Certificate of Appointment into the Australian Army! 🎖️

This is an incredible achievement and a proud milestone that reflects Charlie’s dedication, discipline, and hard work.

We are so proud to see one of our coaches take this exciting next step and know she will represent herself, her family, and our club with the same passion and integrity she brings to the gym every day.

✨ Tamworth Country Capital 2026 – Appreciation Post ✨

Now that the Tamworth Country Capital 2026 competition has wrapped up, I would like to take a moment to say a few heartfelt thankyous.

Firstly, to our incredible gymnasts — thank you for representing SCGA with pride and living our club values. You supported one another, had fun, competed beautifully, and showed outstanding team spirit. We are so proud of each and every one of you. 💙

Secondly, a big thank you to our amazing coaches — Neen, Sisi, Ken, and Rhain. Your gymnasts are a true reflection of the care, dedication, and guidance you provide. You supported them with calmness and confidence, and ensured every gymnast felt valued, supported, and celebrated.

To our judges, Rhain and Ken — thank you. Competitions simply cannot run without you, and we are so grateful for your time and expertise.

Lastly, but certainly not least, a massive thank you to our SCGA families. It was a long drive and a big weekend away, and for many of your daughters it was their very first competition.
You helped everything run smoothly, made sure gymnasts were where they needed to be, and created an incredible atmosphere of support.
The encouragement from the stands was truly felt on the floor, as you cheered on not just your own child, but every SCGA gymnast.

On a personal note, the support and love shown to myself, by our parents and gymnasts makes me incredibly proud to be part of the SCGA family. I can’t wait to see what the rest of 2026 has in store! ✨💙

🌟 Day 3 & Final Wrap Up – Tamworth Country Capital Cup 2026 🌟

And last but definitely not least… Day 3 saw our Level 5s take to the floor and close out an incredible weekend of gymnastics 💙✨

A huge shoutout to Rachel, Jodi, Miranda, Ayse and Evelyn — what a fantastic way to finish the competition!

💙 Rachel, Jodi & Miranda have each returned to gymnastics after time away ranging from months to years. To see them back, falling in love with the sport again and proudly representing SCGA was incredibly special. We are so proud of your commitment, courage and effort — exciting things are ahead for you all this year!

💫 Ayse & Evelyn stepped onto the floor like seasoned pros in their first competition of this size — such composure and confidence to watch!

🌟 Day 2 Wrap Up – Tamworth Country Capital Cup 2026 🌟 part 1*

Day 2 saw our Level 6 & 7 gymnasts take to the competition floor, and they absolutely delivered — showing resilience, confidence, and beautiful performances across the board 💫

Malika and Olivia represented us with pride in a strong session.
A special shoutout to Olivia, who has been managing a back injury and training with limitations. Her determination to get out there, compete on the apparatus she could, and still perform with a smile was truly inspiring 💙
