Due to a change in circumstances, my much beloved trailer reverse flow smoker pit, affectionately known as "Fat Amy", is looking for a new home.
She is a custom built Hogpit smoker, built in early 2017. This pit has been an absolute pleasure to cook on - seeing me through many successful comps and also a bunch of catering without missing a beat. Extremely reliable, well built and an all round beautiful pit - you can't go wrong making her your own.
