Here are some tasks couples tend to overlook when planning out their wedding day roles:

➖Who is responsible to take home the wishing well and all the gifts? Best to give this task to a family member and make sure to let the venue know.

➖Who is handling petals at your ceremony? This tasks is normally done while the couple is signing the paperwork.

➖Who is the contact person for the bar? In case the tab needs to be settled or you have some wedding guests that had too much to drink so RSA needs to be enforced, you don’t want to deal with all of that.

➖Who is looking after ceremony music? (celebrant, family member, friend or your wedding coordinator) Whoever is the lucky person to press play, has to come at the wedding rehearsal. Avoid surprises on the day related to timing, distance & visibility for cue.

➖Who is responsible for taking all the flowers home (if you don’t give them to your guests)? Depending on how many tables you have + ceremony flowers + other arrangements around the room- this could be a big task that might need 2 people.
