What the heck its February already, well we better give you lovely people something to look forward to, we have some fantastic events planned so without further fanfare lets go!!

The fourth Omakase Grub Club Melbourne Event date can now be revealed.

When: Friday 13th April - do you feel lucky!!
Where: announced on 6th April.
Cost: $200 Per person ($50 deposit per person secures your ticket with balance due 6th April)

What you get: Chefs selected degustation menu with matching wines and some special extras too !

Drum Roll Please.....
Ladies and Gentlemen..... the Second Omakase Grub Club Melbourne will be held at Easy Tiger 96 Smith St Collingwood

Guided by Jarrod Hudson's (Head Chef) vision of an ideal meal - and heavily influenced by his work in Modern Chinese, Japanese and Thai cooking - Easy Tiger embraces the notion of a celebratory meal; friends and family communing over dishes served together. The dining table is a place for all to fawn & indulge. A few seasonal street dishes to begin such as betel leaves, oysters and soft shell crab. Then once the appetite is piqued a curry, a relish and a stir-fry arrive. Eaten on the plate together with mounds of jasmine rice the flavors work in concert with one other. Please leave room for dessert.

We will be indulging in Easy Tigers “Tiger Buffet” which has 3 distinct courses and has multiple dishes per course shared buffet style with drink parings for each course.
Street food: small bites that arrive one after another building your appetite
Rice courses: a banquet feast that arrives all together and is eaten together on the plate
Dessert: do we really need to explain!

We will also have a special take home gift but we will leave that mystery until the night
For those who don’t know we will be among the privileged last few to experience dining at Easy Tiger and the last every Friday as they will be closing their doors following Thursday for good.

Hi All, if you haven't yet let us know if you are coming to the 2nd OGCMelb event on 9th June now is the best time. Based on confirmed numbers this Friday we will be selecting our venue. We have a few amazing venues to chose from but final decision will depends on numbers! Once we choose we will be limited to the capacity of the venue chosen and extra tickets may not be available next week if we have the numbers this week, so if you are interested please let Keith Or Anne-Marie know this week or email [email protected]
