Last Thursday, the ACS team seized a wonderful opportunity to back the Aussie Athlete Fund at the Pickleball Fundraiser at the Queensland State Tennis Centre. Kudos to Staum Jeffries and Jay Byrne for orchestrating the event and delivering a delicious gourmet BBQ with all the trimmings. It's truly gratifying to aid emerging Aussie athletes and collaborate with the esteemed Natalie Cook OAM OLY. Adding to the excitement, the Australian Catering Services team, comprising John Lee, Sarah Maxwell, Matt Chapman, and Chris Edwards clinched a Bronze medal in the fiercely competitive tournament. 🏅

This week I had the honour to speak to the graduating class of hospitality students at TAFE southbank. The biggest highlight of the day however for me we seeing our very own Jordan Dai receive his certificate 3 in commercial cookery. It has been great to see you grow since you first joined us Jordan and we look forward to seeing you continue to develop your cheffing skills with ACS in the years ahead.
