Winter is well and truly here and the only way to bbq outside is by standing around a warm fire while cooking!

Plenty of availability over the coming months and as always, I’m very flexible on how long a “weekend” is. Need to pick up early for your butcher to mount the meat or you’ve partied too hard and don’t want to even think about returning it the day after? I’ve got you covered with no extra charges!

I have fittings for a variety of meats including whole lambs and pigs, rolled roasts and yiros.

Always happy to answer questions and give advice as I want you to enjoy cooking as much as I do!
