ARE YOUR PUSH NOTIFICATIONS WORKING?

A number of GP crew are yet to setup their crewHUB Push Notifications or haven’t setup correctly.

A detailed Setup Guide can be found in the “Notices” section of the hub, which is located at the bottom of the screen between the Shifts and Doc’s Tabs.

Once you have setup the crewHUB on your phone, you can now test the Push Notifications by clicking on the little person icon in the top right corner of your screen. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will see the Notifications section (as pictured).

Press the “Send a test” tab and if setup correctly you will see a notification appear on your screen.

NOTE: Ensure your phones operating system software is up to date and that you have correctly followed the Setup Guide. If you have forgotten your login details, click on the “Forgot your login or Forgot your password” located below the sign in button.

As we slowly get through a cold quiet winter, now is a great time to ensure you have all your venue inductions up to date as we prepare for a crazy Summer gig rollercoaster ride!

The new GP⚡️CrewHub is now fully up and running and crew are urged to sign in, check it out, and update their details and venue inductions.

Head to: crew.gigpower.com and sign in with your current EIN and Password. Save the app to your home screen and remember to turn on notifications so you can receive shift offers.

GIG⚡️POWER CREW HUB IS HERE 🎉

After months of in house planning and developing, our new Crew Hub is here with exciting features and easy to navigate home screen!

Current crew can log in to the new system using their Gig Power EIN and Password. If you have forgotten your password, please contact the office during business hours to have it reset.

As part of our new systems upgrade, crew will be able to add the GP hub to their Home Screen allowing push notifications for upcoming shifts and available shifts.

Another great feature is the Venue Induction tab where crew will be able to check which inductions are current and which need to be done.

CREW NOTICE: SAFETY GLOVE IMPLEMENTATION

As of tomorrow (Wednesday 22nd, April) Full Fingered Safety Gloves will be a mandatory PPE item for all crew!

After lengthy reviews of hand and finger injuries over the past 12 months, all Gig Power employees will be required to wear full fingered safety gloves during load in and load outs as of tomorrow onwards!

The introduction of gloves has been discussed during Tool Box talks as well as mentioned on crew payslips over the past few weeks in the lead up.

We would recommend at least a Cut 5 mechanic style fitted glove which can be purchased from a number of tool trades and safety shops such as Bunnings, Total Tools, RSEA and Sydney Tools just to name a few.
