Indulge in the art of cheese, where every bite is a moment of pure delight. We love cheese, charcuterie, chocolate and bringing only the best to our customers. What started out as a project quickly became a passion and I have become a great sourcerer ;) of Australian and International Artisan cheese and provisions. Starting with gift hampers we soon escalated to a world of cheese with tastings and

finding our own favourites. We are now located in the heart of South Bank where you can come and grab a graze box or toastie to enjoy on the beautiful lawns overlooking the Brisbane River. Working with several distributors across Australia as well as direct supply, we aim high to bring only the best products to your table and can cater for anything private or corporate. If you love a night out with your loved one or friends, why not us at one of our events across various venues throughout Brisbane, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast where we take you on a true scrumptious epicurean experience where you will enjoy cheese with paired wine, gin, whisky or beer. For that extra special bit of fun, we have what we say are the best toasties in Brisbane. It makes sense seeming we source the very best ingredients.

I can’t say how proud I am of being part of the Matildas Campaign with the Commonwealth Bank.

I feel honoured and overwhelmed with this article.

Cheese has become a passion and delivering beautiful graze boards for your entertaining makes me so happy. It certainly did start as a side kick project launching in Mothers Day 2017 to thousands of graze boards, tables, and being the chosen VIP caterers for Cirque du Soleil late 2024.

Hospitality - it is the hardest industry I have known. There are challenges that you just can’t fathom when working in the corporate world, and hospitality staff are some of the hardest working people I have ever come across. They simply - just do not stop until their job is done. All to please their customers.

In September last year, we moved into the The Coorparoo Bowls Club (CBC) and last night we held our first cheese and wine event with the guys from Blowfly with Chef Luis serving up an open fire meal that was just delicious. It has inspired me more to bring to you all, beautiful food, wines and deliver to you to the world of cheese, one bite at a time.

Thankyou for everybody who supports me and has remained with me for so many years ordering platters, hampers for personal gifts or their work, our gorgeous little cheese tower deliveries and coming to our events. We have made life long friends from starting out at the markets and I am happy.

This write up is beautiful - thankyou! Thankyou for sharing East Brisbane News as I hadn’t yet seen the post after a big day delivering over 8kg of cheese to graze boards today at the Bowls Club.

WHATS ON THE MENU TOMORROW NIGHT for the Wine & Cheese Event by Church Mouse Cheese

“Corks & Curds with Blowfly”

The evening starts with a glass of sparkling wine and a beautiful little glass topper with your first Cheese.

Your will then be taken on a journey through 4 red wines perfectly paired with 4 cheeses. NO, we don’t tell you the cheeses now, but you will read about the wine in he event page. (Have to have some surprises)…..

Midway through the wine tastings, you will be served a shared platter cooked by Chef Luis who you are all yet to meet.

Open Fire Scotch Fillet, served with Grattin Daphinois, Glazed Dutch Carrots with sides of yellow chilli cream sauce and blue cheese sauce. For dessert we indulge in hand made chocolate by a local chocolatier and a sweet surprise that is served following your final cheese.

A little bit about Luis!

A Chef Passionate about Fire and Rustic Cooking from Santiago, Chile

Luis is a Chilean Chef with over 10 years of experience in the kitchen. He feels most alive when the fire burns and the embers define the flavour of each dish. His love for rustic cuisine and the tradition of cooking over fire has led to explore and master ancient techniques, from grilling to smoking, fusing them with influences from diverse culinary cultures around the world.

The charcoal BBQ will be setup for you all to see as you arrive to the night, and you will smell the amazing aromas of this traditional style cooking.

So what are you all waiting for. This event will be fantastic. I have been holding them for several years and we have a great following of regulars who love the pairings. This is the first time we have added in a nice dinner to the mix with a dessert.
