Dad was born 100 years ago today.
As I prepare my rolled oats (early), I remember a big gentle man of strong principles.
Dad farmed. Crops, cattle, mangoes and much more, often in tough conditions.
In contrast, he would appear in the doorway with a small injured wild animal carefully wrapped in his jumper, or invite us outside to see his latest rescue from the pound.
So thankful for him, what he stood for, and the example he was.❤️

From July 1st, restrictions on guest numbers at weddings relaxes to 1 person per 4 sqare meters. Social distancinģ still applies. Dance floors are not permitted.
This means the numbers on your wedding guest list is highly likely now acceptable.

Like everything, weddings in Australia have new guidelines.
I am willing, available, and licensed to perform your wedding with just 5 of us attending, in a safe private venue.
The couple, the celebrant, and 2 witnesses make up the 5 people.
One of my client couples have elected to have this small ceremony soon, and have their planned bigger celebration when we get back to normal....please be in touch!

Congratulations to Kneesha and Travis on their wedding yesterday in Wee Waa! The bride looked stunning, and her groom didn't look too shabby either!
They were fun to work with; right from the interview process until "i now pronounce you husband and wife"
What a happy time at Little House on Rose, despite a fairly cold afternnon!
