90 MINUTES. ⏰
One entire auditorium.
Conference ➡️ Gala Dinner.

And somehow… WE PULLED IT OFF. 😂👏🏼

We had just 90 minutes to completely flip the Panthers auditorium for the ABSEC Gala Dinner — and when I say flip it, I mean the FULL works.

✨ 33 Full table centrepiece setups
✨ Stage skirting transformed to shimmering gold
✨ Red Carpet & Bollards
✨ 12 bunches of balloons
✨ Our light-up letters
✨ Bud vases filled with the most STUNNING fresh flowers from Touchwood Flowers — who quite literally saved the day 🙌🏼🌸

It was one of those setups where there was absolutely no time to muck around. Everyone had a job, everyone got stuck in, and watching the whole room transform in such a short amount of time was pretty bloody cool.

Then came pack down… at MIDNIGHT. 😂💀

Where we discovered apparently our napkin rings were also a very popular take-home souvenir because half of them had mysteriously disappeared. 👀😂 Little kleptos everywhere!

But missing napkin rings aside… LOOK AT THAT ROOM. 😍

I am SO proud of our team. Pulling off a complete transformation like this in just 90 minutes takes some serious teamwork, organisation and hustle — and they absolutely smashed it + special thanks to Abby & Brendo for coming to help too!!

Look, the job description may occasionally include:
🎈 Wrestling arch walls into cars
🚗 Questionable Tetris skills
💪 Carrying things that definitely looked smaller in the warehouse
🤬 A few choice words during loading - as she mouths “WTF” lol
✨ Making parties look bloody amazing

But apparently the family employee benefits package makes it all worthwhile. 😂💅
