The Hunter Valley is getting a seriously luxe new addition, and we're here for it ✨ //
Landing in 2027, Laval Hunter Valley is set to transform the historic Lindeman Estate in Pokolbin into a next-level luxury retreat, blending vineyard living, wellness, incredible food and high-end hospitality all in one place.
Far from another hotel project, this will be the first luxury resort of its scale built in the region in more than 20 years.
Here’s what’s coming:
✨ 65 private pavilion-style villas tucked amongst the vines
✨ A luxury wellness and longevity spa
✨ Dining experiences curated by acclaimed chef Justin North
✨ A 10,000-bottle wine cellar (yes, really)
✨ Large-scale art installations from Gillie and Marc
✨ Helicopter access for VIP arrivals and elevated guest experiences
From an events perspective, this is exactly where the market is heading.
Clients want experiences that feel immersive, elevated and genuinely memorable, not another CBD ballroom. And regional luxury destinations like this are becoming the sweet spot for exec retreats, summits, incentives and client engagement series.
The Hunter has always had the scenery, the wine and the charm. Laval feels like the project that could take it to a whole new level for premium business events and luxury group travel.
Definitely one we’ll be keeping an eye on. 👀
