Sometimes you need the whole event team. Sometimes you just need the right expertise in the right places.

For ANZHNCS 2026 at Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre , we supported danone and Geline Clemente with their Nutricia Professional exhibition presence, working alongside Moreton Hire

Our support included graphics coordination, recommendations on the look and feel of the booth, vendor management and payments, artwork management with design and print teams, plus bump-in logistics and exhibitor coordination.

It’s a great example of the flexibility we bring to every project, stepping in with the right support and expertise to match what’s needed.

Alana Brettle from our team spent the day at Cvent ‘s Accelerate event at Sofitel Sydney Wentworth Wentworth and it’s safe to say the room was thinking further ahead than most.

A few highlights:
→ Kris Fade (yes, the Virgin Radio Dubai one) took the stage as guest speaker
→ Six practical predictive AI strategies for planners, marketers and hoteliers — spotting risk earlier and making smarter calls before, during and after an event
→ A genuinely great conversation with Oksana Koriakova (founder of Impero) on what actually builds meaningful connection at events, beyond the small talk

And because it wasn’t all sessions, a custom scent bar, a sound-healing reset, and rooftop networking at Wentworth Bar with Matty Fahd behind the decks to close out the night.

Also great catching up with Riya Chowdhury while we were there.

The event industry is moving fast on AI right now, and days like this are exactly how we stay ahead of it rather than catching up later.
