Warrnambool Organ Festival

Warrnambool Organ Festival The Warrnambool Organ Festival takes place in August each year and features jazz, choral, and organ music.

The inaugural Warrnambool Organ Festival in 2014 showcased three of Warrnambool's pipe organs over three concerts featuring local and visiting organists. In 2015, the festival expanded to six concerts using pipe organs at St Joseph's Catholic Church, the Warrnambool Uniting Church, Christ Church, St John's Presbyterian Church, and the Lutheran Church. Performers included Rhys Boak, Brendon Lukin,

and Craig Doherty. In 2016 six concerts were once again presented, featuring Christopher Cook, Gavin Fry, Robert Craven, Craig Doherty, and Brendon Lukin. The festival also presented a radio play called 'Murder on the Mahogany Ship'. The 2017 Festival will be held from the 1st - 3rd of September and will include recitals from Martin Setchell, Anthony Halliday, Dominic Perissinotto and Craig Doherty.
