One of the reasons I could never fully give this job up 🥰

Back in 2021 while I was getting qualified as a celebrant, these girls would stay back after dance each week and help me by recording ceremonies for my assessments.

Fast forward a few years and here I am marrying one of them, with others beside her as bridesmaids.

I’ve had the privilege of watching these girls grow from cheeky little dance kids into the most beautiful young women and moments like this are just so incredibly special to me 🥲

Feeling very lucky to still play a tiny part in their lives all these years later and so blessed to be able help on such a magical day ✨

There are couples you work with… and then there are couples like these two 🥰

I had the absolute pleasure of choreographing their wedding dance and even more so, getting to know just how beautiful they are as people.

From the moment we started, they trusted the process, showed up, and gave it everything. Watching them go from “we’ve never danced before” to being ready to step out in front of their family and friends was something really special… and I only wish I got to see it live.

If I’ve ever been a little jealous of another celebrant getting to tell a story, it was for this couple, theirs is something else, and I only got a tiny glimpse of it.

🚨 Update 🚨

A little update from me on weddings, work and family life.

I’m not closing the door completely, but I am stepping back from ceremonies moving forward and realigning more of my work into weekday life. I’ll still be open to marrying people I know, or couples who have seen my work and feel I’m the right fit for their day. All current and future booked couples remain exactly as they are 💞

What a way to wrap up the season 😍

Wow.. just WOW! 🤩 This day had so many amazing personal elements that made it so much fun! A raffle for the witnesses, shots to decide the vow order, their gorgeous dog Nala as the ring bearer, a surprise first dance, a pyrotechnic light show. The list goes on! If anyone wanted a fun filled day, they should take a leaf out of their book 👌🏼

And on top of all this fun, these two beautiful souls were the most genuine, down to earth couple whose wholesomeness was felt in every part of their lives 🤍 Their deep connection and willingness to share throughout the whole process made this day pure perfection 💫

Your heart instantly warms in their presence, and if I could bottle up their love to share, the world would be a much better and brighter place 🥰

Ooooft 🥰 could these two be any cuter!?

Ryan joked during one of our meetings he would carry an onion on the day to ensure he had some tears..😅 This showed their true level of fun and banter that filtered through everything they do..

What it also did though, was leave me completely off guard for the most beautiful heartfelt vows I’ve had in a long time! There were tears all round (myself included 🥲) it was so incredibly beautiful. You couldn’t help but completely melt into their love 🥰

Stunning would be an understatement to describe just how magical this day was. Tears, laughs and styling to perfection 👌🏼 not to mention a pretty A-mazing & gorgeous couple in the centre of it all

The humour between these two is elite, the laughs are constant, and being around them feels like stepping into their own little world. There is such an easy joy between them, it’s adorable 🥰

They did the day their way, with their own style stamped all over it, and it was beautiful. Even on a crazy hot day, they somehow looked effortless.

Throughout the whole process, it was obvious these two know exactly how to make life fun while still keeping the important stuff front and centre.

A gorgeous couple with the best humour, huge hearts, and something really special between them 🐧
