🇮🇹 Happy World Lasagna Day! 🍝
There's a reason lasagna has been bringing people together for generations.
Layer upon layer of rich, slow-cooked flavours, creamy béchamel, perfectly cooked pasta and golden melted cheese... it's comfort food at its finest.
Whether it's a family celebration, corporate lunch or community gathering, hearty classics like lasagna are always a crowd-pleaser. They're generous, satisfying and made for sharing around the table.

Lasagna Method
Brown the mince with the onion and garlic. Stir in the passata, tomato paste and oregano, then simmer for 20 minutes.
In a greased baking dish, layer meat sauce, lasagna sheets, béchamel and mozzarella. Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with béchamel, mozzarella and Parmesan.
Bake at 180°C for 40–45 minutes, until golden and bubbling.
Rest for 10 minutes before serving with a fresh green salad, garlic bread and a cheeky glass of red w**e.
