What a crazy time of year……
In absence of lunches at the moment, I’m going to offer up a couple different things over the next few weeks.

First up, for pick-up Wednesday / Thursday (15/1 & 16/1)- CHICKEN ROLLS - freshly b***d whole chicken, stuffed with your choice of either Apricot & Pistacio filling or Brie, Walnut & Cranberry filling.

The below picture looks about half as good as these things taste - and the picture looks pretty bloody good!

They weigh up at about 1.4kg, and are all yours for $25 each
They freeze beautifully as well.

This Friday we are serving up a Chicken Caesar Salad with a couple little twists.

$12 will get you some beautiful sliced chicken breast on top of a big serving of Caesar Salad. The twists come with the croutons, some amazing garlic tortilla strips, then we add some cherry tomatoes cause they are delicious!

Happy Sunday everyone!

Last chance to get your order in to make sure you get yourself a ham.

I will have some extras, but I can’t guarantee I’ll have any left. So get an order in.
Also, upon some reflection, and expert advice from the wifey, I will do them at $23 a kilo, not a set $50

It looks like most of the legs are around 1.8-2kg this year, so if you want more, let me know and I’ll cut some in half to make up a few 3kg packs.

🎁🎁 CHRISTMAS HAMS 🎁🎁

It is coming to that time of year, I’m pretty late if I’m honest! But get your Christmas Ham sorted with us.

I’ve been doing hams for the past few years for some friends and family and this year I’ve decided to go big.

Delicious local boneless leg hams all around 2kg each.
They are brined, cured and smoked by me, available for pickup between 21/12 -> 23/12

Price has been sorted - $50 each

If you have had these hams before, feel free to comment below your thoughts, I think they are great, but I have a bit of bias.

This Friday we are serving up a favourite - Chicken Fajita
This delicious mess of everything just works.
Rice, beans, onion, capsicum, cheese, chicken , sour cream and some spices comes together to tickle the taste buds!

This salad rocks! Sliced chicken breast served on top of a beautiful bed of sweet potato salad topped with danish feta - it is an absolute cracker of a salad. Just check out the picture and make sure your order
