Hanging Rock's Got Talent 2025 is three weeks away so its time to register as there are only a few spots left!

3pm Junior Section (6 -12 yrs old)
This section will now be competitive again due to contestant’s feedback!
First Prize is $100

6pm Open Section

This is a Gala Night at HRH so wear some Bling or Feathers and a Frock or Bow Tie...or all of the above to win a bottle of French Bubbles and a Box of Chocolates for the Most Glamorous!

Sharing the post from Jason Nielson that our beloved Randy Nielson has passed away.
He was a foundational part of building our beautiful Hall after it burnt down at Wadeville and has been such an important part of our Community. Our golden volleyball days in the sun at the Hall on Sundays were always a highlight of the week. He will be so deeply missed. ❤️

18.02.1945 - 07.09.2025
We bring the sad news that Randy Nielsen passed away late Sunday night the 7th of September. He was a greatly loved husband, dad, grandpa and valued community member who dedicated much time and energy to the Hanging Rock Hall, Hanging Rock Falls, Rural Fire Brigade and the Barkers Vale community and surrounds.
We will be back in touch with details about an event to celebrate his life to be held at some point in the coming months.

Hi folks

We would like to let you know that Barry Cumpstay, long time volunteer at HRH for 35 years, is getting acknowledged by Crown Land.
Barry's long term selfless volunteering is significant and the Hall that we have all built together is probably the best community hall in Australia and certainly one of the most wonderful volunteer community arts project.

It's something to be proud of!

Crown Lands Department records have revealed Barry Cumpstay has been volunteering as a Statutory Land Manager at Hanging Rock Hall Reserve 91046 for over 20 years. The Department would like to thank Barry and present his certificate in person on Monday 26 May 2025 at 2:15pm at Hanging Rock Hall Reserve.

We will be having a drink and showcasing the Hall to Crown Lands and invite any and all to attend. Please come and celebrate Barry with us.
