What a wonderful night on Sunday with the first Wadeville Woolies Old Timey Campout Bush Dance! So much fun and we can’t wait for the next one! Congratulations Gareth Bjaaland for organising such a great night. 🥳

Hi folks

We would like to let you know that Barry Cumpstay, long time volunteer at HRH for 35 years, is getting acknowledged by Crown Land.
Barry's long term selfless volunteering is significant and the Hall that we have all built together is probably the best community hall in Australia and certainly one of the most wonderful volunteer community arts project.

It's something to be proud of!

Crown Lands Department records have revealed Barry Cumpstay has been volunteering as a Statutory Land Manager at Hanging Rock Hall Reserve 91046 for over 20 years. The Department would like to thank Barry and present his certificate in person on Monday 26 May 2025 at 2:15pm at Hanging Rock Hall Reserve.

We will be having a drink and showcasing the Hall to Crown Lands and invite any and all to attend. Please come and celebrate Barry with us.

Hi Folks

THANK YOU! ...... to all those good hearted folk who attended New Years Eve!
It was our biggest and best yet....hard to know how many wonderful people attended over the evening, I'm guessing 400 or more, and it was great to see so many friends celebrating at the Hall.

Thanks to Jimmy for his great performance...at one time the Hall's dance floor was so crowded with sweating bodies I didn't want to go in! Thank you to Damien for the sound....and Fernando and Mel for catering. Yum!

Wow what a great night......
and we want to keep the good times rolling......

Kacey Patrick has been inspired to work with the Hall to bring live music out into the hills. She is a wonderful musician and has contacts in the music industry and is passionate about live music, Hanging Rock Hall and community.

She has arranged for Andrea Kirwin and the Tracy Chapman Tribute Show to come to our little hall. This show has been getting fantastic reviews from Woodford to the Sunshine and Gold Coast.....and they are coming here!

The Hall has a vision for more live music ....BUT ....we cant do it without you....and your bum on a seat!
