The Ruffle Queen. I had about one second of self doubt whilst piping this cake, wondering if it was a bit much before deciding it was the absolute right amount of muchness. She was an espresso chocolate & olive oil cake with coffee mousse, roasted plums and torched vanilla bean swiss meringue buttercream. A cake made for a lover of chocolate, coffee and flowers 🫶🏻
