A day in the life of a business owner + mum, trying to squeeze a week’s worth of work into four days, be present with my kids, fuel my body, get to the gym… and keep all the plates spinning.

I don’t work Fridays so I can spend the day with my girls, which means the other four days are full. Early mornings, the occasional late night and fitting work into every little pocket of time I can find.

On Thursday hubs does daycare drop-off, giving me the chance to get to the gym and squeeze a few extra hours of work into the day.

Some days I feel like I’m absolutely nailing it. Other days, I’d lose my head if it wasn’t screwed on. But I’m grateful everyday for the privilege of doing it all 🤍
