Licensed until 1am. No curfew on the music. Lisa and Dean's wedding ran on their clock, not ours.

A dish can leave the pass perfect. What happens in the next ninety seconds is what your guests actually remember.

So we treat the two as one thing. A kitchen that starts with the best ingredients we can source and cooks them properly. A floor team of trained professionals who know when to pour, when to clear, and when to leave a table alone.

The lights drop, the first note lands, and a room of a thousand people stops talking at once.

Melrose Events was built for that moment. Green rooms, so your performers have somewhere to be before they're on. Staging that goes wherever the night needs it. AV built into the building rather than wheeled in on the day. A theatre setup for 1,150, or 1,480 standing once the seats come out — and no music curfew to cut the encore short.

Concerts, awards nights, gala dinners, cultural showcases, end of year parties with a proper show. Whatever the format, the room already does it.
