We’re bringing fresh, local Pacific oysters to Cocina Caliente, served two ways!

🌿 Fresh Pacific Oysters – Finished with our house-made chive & coriander oil and a squeeze of fresh lime. Simple, vibrant and full of flavour.

🔥 Oysters Oaxacafella – Topped with jalapeño, spring onion & herb crema, fired over hot coals and finished with a dusting of chilli powder for that extra kick!
