Melbourne ✈️🤍
My last business trip down for a while.
And if I’m honest… it feels a little bittersweet.
These trips are never just “work.”
They’re airport pick-ups, traffic and sofa beds.
Wedding schedules squeezed between coffee catch-ups and sips with my loves.
Old haunts.
Big hugs with my boys.
Time with my sister.
A squeezy for Ralphy.
They’re full. In every sense of the word.
What people don’t always see is the choreography behind it all —
the coordination, the calendars, the reshuffling, the “can’t, I’m in Melb”,
the Winni watchers (forever grateful 🐾),
the emotional packing and unpacking at both ends.
Not to be dramatic, but it takes a village to let me live this life.
And I cannot express how deeply grateful I am to my family for holding the pieces, changing plans, rushing home from work, just so that I can step into the spaces I’m called to step into — as Mum, as sister, as celebrant, as me.
February has been… a lot.
Beautiful things. Heavy things.
Love. Loss. Growth. Letting go. Showing up anyway.
So today, I’m taking a deep breath.
Not rushing.
Not fixing.
Just landing for a moment.
There’s something beautiful about knowing when a chapter is shifting — not with drama, but with quiet knowing that somehow things always work out.
And so it is 🤍
