We got the brief… and we absolutely ran with it.

On the weekend, Michels Catering had the pleasure of creating catering hampers for attendees of the Medieval Festival and being not your normal caterer, there was no way we were simply putting together a standard picnic box.

Our Medieval Feast Hamper arrived in its own hessian sack and was packed with a feast worthy of the occasion:

Cheese wrapped and finished with a wax seal, beef jerky, chicken breast, leg ham, honey, caramelised onion & balsamic chutney, honeycomb, curried nuts, pickled “Dragon’s Carrots”, spiced apple "An apple a day keeps the Dragons Away", plus Fresh Bread and Butter and all the finishing touches.

Every little detail was considered, right down to the packaging, tags and presentation to make the hamper part of the Medieval Festival experience.

It was an epic job for our team to prepare and assemble them all but seeing how well they were received made it completely worth it.

We got the brief. We embraced the theme. And we nailed it.
