My Services Include:
♥ Attend to all the Legal Paperwork prior to & after your marriage.
♥ Registration of your marriage with Births, Deaths & Marriages.
♥ Solemnise your marriage according to Australian Law.
♥ Preparation of your ceremony and provision of drafts for
your approval.
♥ Flexibility and choice of your ceremony.
♥ Take the time to get to know your needs, develop a per

sonal
understanding of your ceremony and create a personalised
individual ceremony.
♥ Provide you with the opportunity to discuss all aspects of
your ceremony and unlimited consultation by phone, email
or in person.
♥ Provision of government information regarding Relationship Education Services.
♥ Lodge the application for the Registered Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages for you.
♥ A rehearsal preferably onsite at your chosen ceremony venue.
♥ We will work together to design a contingency plan for wet weather.
♥ Your Presentation Marriage Certificate and copy of your ceremony.
♥ Attire to fit in with your wedding theme. It is your day and it is my intention to complement the Bridal Party.
♥ Provision of a portable table and chair with white cloth for signing of documents.
♥ A professional PA system so the ceremony will be heard by all guests. no other wedding will be booked so that the or needs to leave early.
♥ Complies with the Code of Practice for Marriage Celebrants.
♥ Recognition of social, cultural and legal significance of marriage in the Australian community.
♥ I conduct weddings ceremonies in all areas of Townsville and Magnetic Island.

Such a gorgeous day celebrating Kayne and Jade’s love story. With their three little girls by their side, they shared the sweetest handfasting ceremony and perfect vows by the lagoon. 💞

Callum & Courtney’s day was pure magic 🤍

An intimate ceremony filled with so much heart, quiet smiles, teary eyes, hands held tight. Then came the champagne tower, the sound of laughter and glasses clinking, and music carrying them into the next chapter hand in hand. It was romantic, meaningful, and perfectly them.

She took the time to meet with us on multiple occasions, patiently talking through every detail and putting my anxious heart at ease. When we had to cancel and postpone our original wedding, Hayley continued to support us wholeheartedly throughout the entire rescheduling and replanning process. “From the moment we met Hayley, we felt this instant warmth - like we’d known her for years. It didn’t take long for her to truly understand us as a couple. We were able to share so openly with her, our successes, our struggles, and everything in between.
We honestly didn’t know exactly what we wanted for our ceremony, but Hayley made it all feel so easy. She explained everything clearly and gave us the most thoughtful booklet, packed with ideas, examples, and options to help us create a ceremony that felt like us.
We have a blended family, and Hayley made our ceremony feel incredibly personal and inclusive. When our kids met her, they were feeling a bit nervous but she instantly put them at ease. She made the whole process fun, relaxed, and enjoyable from start to finish.
On the wedding day, Hayley spoke so beautifully and looked absolutely stunning! She even captured some gorgeous behind the scenes photos and videos, which she sent us the very next morning. It meant the world to be able to reflect on those special moments so soon after.
Her communication was absolutely amazing, not just with us, but with all our vendors. She was prompt, professional, and just a joy to work with. We felt so supported, and I can honestly say I didn’t have a single moment of stress on the day.
Hayley submitted our marriage registration paperwork so quickly, and throughout it all, she was just an all-round beautiful soul. We are so grateful we found her, we wouldn’t have had it any other way!”
