My Services Include:
♥ Attend to all the Legal Paperwork prior to & after your marriage.
♥ Registration of your marriage with Births, Deaths & Marriages.
♥ Solemnise your marriage according to Australian Law.
♥ Preparation of your ceremony and provision of drafts for
your approval.
♥ Flexibility and choice of your ceremony.
♥ Take the time to get to know your needs, develop a per

sonal
understanding of your ceremony and create a personalised
individual ceremony.
♥ Provide you with the opportunity to discuss all aspects of
your ceremony and unlimited consultation by phone, email
or in person.
♥ Provision of government information regarding Relationship Education Services.
♥ Lodge the application for the Registered Marriage Certificate from Births, Deaths and Marriages for you.
♥ A rehearsal preferably onsite at your chosen ceremony venue.
♥ We will work together to design a contingency plan for wet weather.
♥ Your Presentation Marriage Certificate and copy of your ceremony.
♥ Attire to fit in with your wedding theme. It is your day and it is my intention to complement the Bridal Party.
♥ Provision of a portable table and chair with white cloth for signing of documents.
♥ A professional PA system so the ceremony will be heard by all guests. no other wedding will be booked so that the or needs to leave early.
♥ Complies with the Code of Practice for Marriage Celebrants.
♥ Recognition of social, cultural and legal significance of marriage in the Australian community.
♥ I conduct weddings ceremonies in all areas of Townsville and Magnetic Island.

There is something incredibly special about a wedding where family is woven into every moment.

For Lynn and Brendan, their wedding day was a celebration of love, commitment, and the family and friends who mean the world to them. The smiles, the happy tears, and the pride on the faces of those closest to them were a beautiful reminder that a wedding is about so much more than two people saying “I do.” 🤍

“From the very beginning, we knew choosing Hayley as our celebrant was the right decision. She made the entire process so easy and stress-free, easing any nerves we had around planning.

We changed our wedding date twice — even moving it from June 2026 to November 2025 — and Hayley was nothing but supportive, flexible, and reassuring the whole way through.

On the day, she was absolutely amazing. Her calm presence and the beautiful ceremony script she created captured us perfectly as a couple — personal, heartfelt, and so “us”. This didn’t go unnoticed by our guests, who commented on how fantastic she was throughout the ceremony and even after.

Some love stories feel extra special, and Cody and Emma’s is definitely one of them.

We first met standing side-by-side in the bridal party at their best friends’ wedding, so when they reached out to tell me they were planning their own wedding, my heart absolutely melted.

Coming back as their celebrant felt like the sweetest full-circle moment. Their day was warm, romantic, and so beautifully them. Hearing their words afterwards honestly made me tear up, because couples like these two are exactly why I love what I do. 💛

“Where to begin! We’d been (and met) at a Hayley K wedding and knew as soon as we started our wedding planning we wanted Hayley to be our celebrant. From our first official meeting with Hayley, we felt instantly calm with her presence and thankful for how easy she made the whole process. Every thing was seamless and she made the ceremony so personal for us. Everyone commented on how beautiful the ceremony was and that was because of Hayley. Oh my goodness, I just have to share this beautiful testimonial from James and Clem. Their ceremony on the Palm Cove foreshore was honestly something out of a romance novel 🤍
Under a grand old paperbark tree, with the ocean behind us and their best men doubling as the musical talent seronaiding us as Clem walked down the aisle. It’s one I will never forget. 🎶

“We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better celebrant! Hayley was relaxed, personable, and so well organised! She made the whole process easy and enjoyable from start to finish. She really listened to what we wanted and captured us perfectly in the ceremony. She was also super flexible and went with the flow when our toddler decided to join us for a bit of the ceremony. Such a gorgeous day celebrating Kayne and Jade’s love story. With their three little girls by their side, they shared the sweetest handfasting ceremony and perfect vows by the lagoon. 💞

On the day, Hayley was an incredible calming presence. She instantly put us at ease and made us feel so comfortable, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment. Her warmth, kindness, and beautiful soul shone through in everything she did.

Our guests have not stopped talking about how amazing she was. Callum & Courtney’s day was pure magic 🤍

An intimate ceremony filled with so much heart, quiet smiles, teary eyes, hands held tight. Then came the champagne tower, the sound of laughter and glasses clinking, and music carrying them into the next chapter hand in hand. It was romantic, meaningful, and perfectly them.

Their kind words truly touched me, it was such an honour to stand beside them and tell their story. These are the moments I’ll never forget 🤍
