Myee & Gary had a beautiful wedding ceremony followed by our award winning reception catering. Post ceremony, guests feasted on beautiful local and imported cheeses and cured meats while drinking ice cold beer and bubbles 🥂 🍺 once the real celebration started, guests raved about the huge selection on the buffet.

Wait till you come back to North Queensland Elite Rodeo. “Rattlesnake Saloon”. This is new space is incredible. It’s like something out of a country and western movie. Quentin and his team have created a masterpiece building this catering and drinking zone! On Friday we catered for the grand opening with a beautiful selection of mouth watering finger foods. Here’s a few pics…..

Anyone can make sausage rolls, all you need is a few ingredients and you’re away! These ones are our beef, sweet potato and herb crowd favourites served at finger food events. You can make these with pork or chicken too as your base. Experiment and you might suprise yourself. Serve with a beautiful home made chutney or relish.

From the moment our guests arrived, the food was absolutely exceptional. The grazing board during cocktail hour was not only beautifully presented but also delicious, and it set the perfect tone for the evening. Our guests couldn’t stop talking about it!

The entrees and mains were outstanding. Every dish was cooked to perfection, beautifully presented, and served with such professionalism and care. One of the biggest compliments we received throughout the night was about how incredible the food was. Guest after guest came up to us raving about the quality, flavour, and presentation.

What truly impressed us was the attention to detail. Even our wedding cake was plated and presented so beautifully that it looked like it belonged in a fine dining restaurant. It was such a special touch and showed the pride and care that the team puts into everything they do.

The service throughout the entire evening was flawless. The staff were friendly, professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. They played such a huge role in making our wedding reception feel seamless and enjoyable for everyone.

Charlotte & Jordan 👰 🤵 🍾

This wedding had it all. Location and venue, styling, wedding planning, a tears in your eyes ceremony, stylish cocktail hour charcuterie, cool music and a beautiful plate to table service dinner.

Guests enjoy alternate drop entree of calamari salad W smoked eggplant aioli, wild rocket, charred peppers, black olive oil and a Thai inspired pumpkin soup with toasted coconut and crisp shallot. Main course alternate drop was peppered eye fillet W maple bacon, port/shiraz jus, greens, twice roasted potato, crisped sweet potato chips and Chicken fillet wrapped in prosciutto, roasted in white wine W steamed greens, pesto potato, braised red cabbage and a redcurrant jus. Dessert was wedding cake W fresh berries, berry compote and double thick cream.
