THE HOLISTIC TABLE

Something new is coming to the Surf Coast

I’ve been wanting to create a space where local holistic practitioners and wellness facilitators can come together, not to teach or promote, but simply to connect

Around one shared table
Good food
W**e
Conversation
Genuine connection

A small gathering of around 15 people where we can meet the person behind the work, share what we’re creating, talk about the challenges, exchange ideas and support one another

Not a workshop
Not traditional networking

Just people doing meaningful work, sitting around a table and getting to know each other

I’m planning 3 gatherings for February 2027, held in beautiful local garden spaces around the Surf Coast

If you’re a local holistic practitioner or wellness facilitator and this sounds like something you’d love to be part of, send me a DM with HOLISTIC TABLE

I’ll keep you updated as the dates come together

☀️Meet Snez

Hi, I’m Snez

Snez Wellness Space started from something quite simple…

I love bringing people together

I love meeting people who have something beautiful to share, discovering different holistic practices, and creating a space where people can come together, feel comfortable, included, safe and connect

I’m not a yoga teacher, breathwork facilitator or sound healer

I’m the person behind the scenes who brings these people and experiences together

Sometimes that means organising an event
Sometimes it’s finding the right practitioner
Sometimes it’s setting up the room, making tea, answering messages or making sure someone feels welcome when they walk through the door

And sometimes it’s simply sitting back and watching a room full of people who didn’t know each other connect

That’s the part I love

Through Snez Wellness Space, I create opportunities to explore practices like sound healing, breathwork, meditation, movement, yoga, women’s circles and workshops always with connection and community at the heart of it

And now I’m also creating The Holistic Table a space for holistic practitioners to come together, meet each other, share, connect and build community

I don’t have everything figured out

I’m simply creating something that feels meaningful to me, one gathering at a time

A space to meet
A space to connect
A space to feel welcome

Welcome to Snez Wellness Space

Such a beautiful night at the Torquay Business Awards

There were so many different categories celebrating local businesses and the people behind them, and it was really lovely to see so many businesses being recognised for the work they’re doing

It was such a nice opportunity to get dressed up, celebrate, meet some local business owners, catch up with people I already knew and meet some new ones too.

Really enjoyed the evening and being part of it

Congratulations to all the winners and everyone who was nominated!
