Soft whites, blush pinks, warm neutrals and just a kiss of gold, timeless, romantic and quietly luxe.🤍🌸✨

For Monique & Josh, the ceremony arbour was dressed in layered faux florals, soft blush roses, creamy whites, orchids and textured greenery, all designed to work twice as hard.

Once the vows were sealed, those same florals made a second appearance, re-styled across the reception space and flowing effortlessly onto the signage to perfectly match the stunning cake by 💐🍰

This is where the room flip magic comes in.
While guests were sipping bubbles and soaking it all in, we were behind the scene, shifting ceremony pieces & tweaking details. From ceremony to reception, every moment was styled with intention, cohesion and a whole lot of care because that seamless “effortless” look? It doesn’t happen by accident.😉

As Flamingo Flare continues to grow, I’ve taken time to reflect on where my passion truly lies and with that clarity comes a beautiful change.

I am stepping away from the café and catering space to focus entirely on my biggest love:
Bold Custom Concepts & Signature Styling.

This shift allows me to invest deeper into creativity, concept design, luxe faux florals, and the show-stopping installations I adore crafting.

I am so grateful for every part of this journey and so excited for where this next chapter leads.🦩✨

We brought our Flare to Brown Sugar, setting the mood with black drapery wrapping the walls, black candles flickering through the night, and flowers thoughtfully placed throughout the room to make the entire space feel enchanting.

Showcasing the ultimate feature, a brand-new custom backdrop surrounded by magenta, silver, and black balloons making the perfect photo moment.

We don’t just style parties we craft moments that are bold, fun, and totally you.

Because when the Flamingos bring the Flare… every celebration becomes a night worth remembering.

The connection we’ve built over the years made this moment all the more special!

We’ve had the absolute pleasure of working with Khiarni over the years on some incredible corporate events, bringing her visions to life.

But this one… this one was extra special.
Being part of her love story, creating the backdrop for such a meaningful moment, was something truly beautiful.

Getting to be part of our favourite clients major milestones remind us exactly why we do what we do, to celebrate, connection, love all and moments that make hearts flutter.

It takes a village to make a wedding happen—and our vendor village is unlike anything you’ll find in an average workplace. There’s a deep love and unspoken glue that holds us together, forming bonds that are truly unique.

Our girl is currently battling MS. Last year, we joined forces for the to raise funds for a cure. But this year, the ever-extra decided to up the ante by running 50K in ONE day in an attempt for Chippie’s Champions to smash last year’s fundraising efforts.

And because legends attract legends, and joined in to walk 50K in a day, yes in day.

While some amazing vendors took on the full May 50K challenge, your flamingo girl—who doesn’t even like running for 45 seconds on a treadmill—chose a different route: donating the ultimate finish line moment with a bright balloon garland.

This weekend was raw. It was real. As Sarah and Danny crossed that finish line, the emotion was palpable. We didn’t just shed tears for the 50K achieved, but for the monumental moment this represented—for love, for resilience, for togetherness.

This wasn’t just about fundraising. It was about showing up. For each other. For Sarah. For something bigger.

There are still a few days left in May and we’re sitting at an incredible $22,466 raised. If you’re in a position to support, your tax-deductible donation would mean the world. Let’s rally and see if we can hit that $25K goal.
