Will good old Uncle Bob know to check in with catering to make sure there’s time for a speech before the hot meals need to go on tables?
Or know to give the videographer and photographer notice before the First dance so they can have all their tripods and lights set up? Or think to check in with those who have to do speeches that they are in fact in the room, and ready? Or that the band, who are performing the intro song, are actually there, ready to go before he starts calling out names? Or how to read a room, liaise with all vendors and coordinate everyone? Bring positive vibes, good clear communication, and avoid cringey stories and jokes while enjoying the spotlight a little too much?

Second guessing Uncle Bob? 😅
