One of our crowd favourites – pork belly bites with miso chilli caramel sauce!

A couple of weeks ago, Adam was invited to St Joseph's College in Toowoomba to speak with their senior hospitality class. With 20 years of chef experience under his belt, he demonstrated a range of plating techniques to help the students prepare for their upcoming assessments.
The students were incredibly engaged and eager to learn - thanks for having us and best of luck with your assessments! Big thanks also to the hospitality staff and students for the warm welcome!

We love a good surprise!
We’re thrilled that Archers Catering and Events has been named the 2025 Best Caterer in the Toowoomba region by Quality Business Awards!
We had no idea this was happening and are feeling so grateful.

Our team travelled to the historic Jondaryan Woolshed to cater for another beautiful wedding, with hot canapes served outside and a straight drop dinner served inside the rustic shearing shed for 135 guests.
Pictured is Sophie serving up a sneak preview of a new menu item during the canape hour - Dutch bitterballen! 😋
It's safe to say that it was an absolute hit with the wedding guests, and everybody was left feeling delightfully satisfied!
