📣 **TOOWOOMBA… VALICHA MENU 2.0 HAS LANDED! 🇵🇪🔥**
Well, something pretty cool has happened at Valicha… **our brand-new menus are here!** 🎉
And this time, we didn't just change a few dishes and call it an upgrade. We listened to your feedback, took it on board, and made some changes to help you discover, understand and enjoy the incredible flavours of Peru a whole lot easier. 😉

We've introduced clearer, more visual menus featuring photographs of our delicious dishes, so you can actually SEE what you're ordering and discover something new without wondering what on earth it is!
But here's something else we really want Toowoomba to know…
🇵🇪 **PERUVIAN FOOD IS NOT ALL SPICY!** 🌶️ - We hear it all the time, and it's time to COMPLETELY bust that myth (or your assumptions)!
Peruvian cuisine is one of Latin America's incredible, world awarded, culinary treasures, bringing together bold flavours, fresh ingredients, beautiful sauces, traditional recipes and influences from several different cultures.
Think tender, flavour-packed **Lomo Saltado**, creamy **Ají de Pollo**, Peruvian-style charcoal chicken, golden crispy seafood, freshly prepared Ceviche, and the deliciously comforting **Arroz Chaufa**.
Add our signature breakfasts, juicy burgers, loaded brisket fries, 12-hour smoked brisket, crispy pork belly, generous Smoke n Fire share boards and traditional Peruvian desserts, and there's a whole lot more to explore than you might expect!
And no, you don't have to love hot chilli to enjoy it, because for the most part, chilli is not present!. ❤️
Most of our dishes aren't hot and spicy. Some feature chilli as part of their flavour not as thier driver, and our sauces range from Less than mild to hot, so ask our team if you're unsure and we'll help you find something you'll love.

Thursday to Saturday | 5:00pm–8:00pm
Bring your partner, your family, your mates or that friend who's always up for trying something new. Explore our Peruvian mains, seafood, traditional favourites and generous share boards, including our legendary **Smoke n Fire** experience.
And if you're dining with a group? Our **Ronda Criolla** and **Ronda Marina** are a delicious way to explore several Peruvian dishes in one sitting! check it on teh menu's attached 😉
