"Our family recently held our beautiful mother’s celebration of life event at The Link Events in Toormina NSW, and we cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional service we received from start to finish.
A heartfelt thank you to General Manager Graham Oliver and Events Manager Kylie Gault, who were absolutely outstanding throughout the entire process. During what was an incredibly difficult and emotional time for our family, they showed genuine compassion, professionalism and attention to every detail. Nothing was too much trouble, and they ensured everything ran seamlessly, allowing us to focus on celebrating Mum’s life with family and friends.
The catering by Donovan’s was simply outstanding. The food was beautifully presented, fresh, plentiful and of exceptional quality. We received countless compliments from our guests about how delicious everything was.
The venue itself was presented beautifully, creating the perfect setting for us to honour Mum’s memory. It is rare to experience such a high level of customer service, care and professionalism.
On behalf of my entire family, thank you Graham, Kylie and the team at Donovan’s for helping us create such a beautiful and memorable farewell. Your kindness and dedication during one of the hardest days of our lives will never be forgotten.
