FROM 122KG FAT KID TO STRENGTH & LONGEVITY COACH 💪
22 vs 46 years old.

The turning point?
Getting weighed at a snowboard store and maxing out their scales. The assistant said “We need the freight scales from out back.”
That car ride home, I made a decision. Enough was enough.
I lost 40kg in 6 months and finally understood HOW it all worked - the science, the systems, the why behind everything.
