Finger food for 140 at the TDEF Grant presentation evening last night. Confident there was something for everyone. Very lucky my creative and hard working team can bring it together on time.

Back on the tongs today. 😎 Savoury muffins with local apricot relish just added to my repertoire is a keeper. Chooks are laying well and the vegy patch is becoming productive. Expansion on the horizon with the luxury of town water. Wanting to travel again 🌎 so available for all your week day catering needs. 😊
