This Saturday we will be cooking for a private event, and thought while we have the smoker cranked up, lets make an easy dinner night for some!

This week we had the very hard job of saying goodbye to a very special part of the Louies Que Family...

Larry or better known as Pop, he was always checking in to see when our next event was and if we were lucky he would come out and surprise us with a visit, he loved handing out our business cards to anyone he met but most importantly he always made sure our potato salad was up to his standard and if there were any leftovers he claimed it.
