Our Junior Fighter & Fighter of the event for Valley Miay Thai #9 as voted by the MTA officials ringside.

Junior Fighter of the event: Chase Waye from Boars Martial Arts. Chase had yet another technical bout with Ayush Lama from Team Pinky. We could watch these boys fight each other 100 times! Chase nabbed the decision this time & the votes from the MTA officials. Congrats, Chase!

Fighter of the event: Jayden Trengove also from Boars Martial Arts.
Jayden had a real tight back & forth fight with a strong opponent Yousef Elbehidi from Adelaide Muay Thai. When it was all said & and done, Jayden came home with the decision & the extra medal! Congrats, Jayden!

Valley Muay Thai #9 Thankyous!

Another Valley Muay Thai is in the books & and there are a lot of people to thank!

First of all, huge thank you to all the gyms involved. We can't have a show without fighters & yesterday there was some fantastic Muay Thai on display.
I honestly believe the standard of amatuer Muay Thai here in SA has developed HEAPS in the last couple of years. It's great to see!

First fight kicks off at 10:30am

CORNER WRISTBAND ALLOCATION FOR SUNDAY

These are the strict corner wristband allocations for fight teams this Sunday.

And before you ask, NO, you can't have extra wristbands for your other teammates, mother, brother, cousin, or your aunties second cousins brother twice removed from your father's side.
Or anyone else for that matter 😂

The backstage area is strictly for coaches & fighters.

Our priority at Valley Muay Thai is the fighters. So it's very important to us that they have plenty of space to warm up correctly. If you want to wish your mate luck or congratulate them after they fight, just wait until they come back out.

If everybody sticks to these rules it makes the show run much smoother for the rest of us 🙏💚🖤
