Here’s what is left Sunday morning.
Prices as marked $20-50 per clump or box

Also a few buncyes of jonquils and sweetpeas $10/ea. I don’t have many of these growing but will sneak a few out on the cart when I can 🥰

So grateful to the many beautiful dahlia tragics waiting for 9am tuber stock up this morning ♥️
These photos show what is still available at 11am today. I imagine they won’t last long and we have dug pretty much all of them now, so if you are nearby and want to drop in, this will be the best day to be able to get the honesty stall tubers for the season 💕🌸

PAUSING on dahlia tubers on the cart for now.
Absolutely blown away by response to tubers on the cart, thank you everyone who jumped in so quickly.
All tubers that we’ve dug in the last month have sold out in 2 days.

There are about 20 left right now, but just heard another car pull up, so they’ll probably be done by lunchtime.

We’ll need to dig more. Rainy week so will do our best to have more ready for the weekend.
Saturday & Sunday 23rd & 24th from 9am until all stock gone.

Photos just to tease.. these are dahlias currently in our breeding program and not for sale. I just wanted to get everyone’s attention to prevent people driving a distance to get here for the rest of this week ♥️♥️♥️

EDIT: Monday lunchtime
Wow! Thank you. Non-stop loving of the tubers on the cart and everything I have dug in the past month has pretty much sold 🤪
So I’m putting a PAUSE on cart for now - so I can dig more. Plan to restock again from Saturday 23rd.

Dahlia tubers stocked up early on the cart this morning. $20-30 per clump/box/bag as marked.

No holds, no orders, no guarantees. I’m very busy on the farm prepping for Spring planting so can’t manage any customer service, which is why I’m selling them so cheap 🥰
I’ve done my best to label with size/colour and name where relevant.

“As is” no holds, no orders, no guarantees.. but amazing dahlia tubers for only $20-30 per bag or box, each of which will give many plants 💕🌸💕🌸💕🌸💕🌸💕

I’ve stacked 2 crates - you are welcome to carefully move the top one down but please take great care not to damage tubers. Broken necks won’t grow ♥️

First of the dahlia tubers are on the honesty cart.

For sale “As is”, please take care if looking through them not to damage others. Please don’t move any around the boxes, be fair to others and don’t get them mixed up. I have left boxes unsealed so you can look at the tubers before buying but please leave them as they are.

Prices as marked - so far it is $20-30 per bag or box (but i mught do some bigger boxes for $50 later) which will give lots of plants - more if you divide clumps further.

A bit early to plant as the soil is cold and wet, but you can store in potting mix out of the rain for another few weeks - month when the soil warms. Putting them in a warm spot will help them come out of dormancy. (20-25degrees is enough - don’t cook them 😜)

Cash is great (honesty box on the cart is emptied regularly) or you can use details on the cart for PayPal or payID options.

Thank you & happy growing!!

(PS 2 bags of the the apricot one in the photo are out there now labelled large formal apricot - they are all that exists of that one anywhere in the world- pretty special 😜) No holds, no orders, no guarantees 🥰

We are back in action!

Honesty stall has been stocked up this morning.
The jonquils went so quickly I didn’t manage to take a photo, but we have all these sweet juicy navel oranges (Jon has packed up extra large bags full so that you can juice them!) Delicious, organic and super special price of only $4/bag.

I’ve also dug the turmeric and it is amazing this year - good to see something enjoyed all that Autumn rain 😜
I gave bagged them up really generously too - the cellophane bags are at least 300g (and the messier net bags that I haven’t trimmed are 500g+) and both types only $5/bag. If you can’t get through that much you can pop some in the freezer and grate off small amounts at a time (still frozen). It keeps for months that way and super convenient.
You can also grow it easily up here. Its still a bit early to plant, but at this time of year I just pop a piece about the size of my thumb in a pot with barely moist-dry potting mix and keep it out of the rain. When it starts shooting (oct/nov) it can be planted in the soil and really doesnt take too much care as long as the soil is rich and stays moist through summer/autumn.

PLUS I do have some dahlia tubers for sale this year. Thanks to Cyclone Alfie we lost a lot to rot, so won’t be so many this year, and I’ll have to bag/box a lot because they didn’t hold together in clumps… but I’ll be organising those in the next few hours and start putting them out this afternoon.
I’ll post periodically, but my intention is to just keep topping the tubers up on the cart until they are all gone.
No holds, no orders, no guarantees and “as is” basis. They are crazy cheap for a reason- I don’t have time for customer service at this time in the season. Please understand that if you are travelling a distance there is a risk there might not be any when you get here, as im just managing it as I can around our busy Spring farm setup and planting. 🥰💕🌸

But right now turmeric & oranges.
Later today and coming weeks I’ll add the dahlia tubers.
