The current owner has operated the shop for more than 6 years and is now seeking a buyer in the immediate term, being forced into giving up a much-loved business due to family concerns and health issues.

We do longer distance deliveries when upon requests if possible. There are 2 staff parking spaces out back, and plenty of on street parking for customers on the Princes Highway and immediate vicinity.
The business is for sale for stock and equipment value (negotiable, estimated value $18000) with the new owner taking over of the premises lease (currently about 3 months into the 2nd year of a 3 + 3 lease), and on request the ABN if you want to keep the current business name, including the website, and email address if wanted/required. There is also an option for a second website for wedding or funeral specifics, as we also own the .au domain as well as the current in use .com.au domain. This can be transferred as well.
