What a week at Sammy’s Catering Co 🙌

Last week we catered for 1,000 people for the Catholic Diocese of Broken Bay — our biggest catering order ever!

Here’s what went out of our kitchen 👇

🍔 600 sliders🍕 900 mini pizzas🌯 800 wrap pieces🧆 Arancini, falafel, shawarma, sausage rolls, pumpkin & ricotta rolls… and SO much more.

Thousands of fresh items prepped, packed and delivered — all while juggling back-to-back catering events across Sydney.

People often see the finished platters… but behind the scenes are early mornings, late nights, organisation, teamwork and a whole lot of love ❤️
