Beyond the Boardroom have been operating team building activities since 2005 and was founded by Luke Talbot-Male. Luke has been involved in the adventure and outdoor education industries for over 20 years and has seen the

benefits of successful team building programs within his own business. Beyond the Boardroom won "Best Business Tourism business SA 2014" and was a finalist in the 2016 | 2017 | 2018 | 2019 Fast Movers program. Beyond the Boardroom believes that a successful team building program needs to have three key elements; fun, purpose and challenge. Our main objective is to create super teams that deliver outstanding results. We are recognised as a team building provider that incorporates the fun of adventure experiences into developing the team. We unite a team through a competitive and challenging experience. We provide challenges that will entice your team spirit and help your team to bond and have fun in an active, engaging team building event.
