Sweeeeet Scotty. This lil man came to the pound with a terrible skin issue. He’s been treated and will be soon looking for his forever home. Scotty is a kelpie x something and this is a first for me. I was able to cradle Scotty like a baby and he didn’t move except to share kisses. He’s a chill baby but still a baby which is important to take into account. Check out BARC for more info.
