Easter preparations are in full swing — and what’s on the menu? A Greek classic: Lamb Kleftiko, slow-roasted to perfection. This dish is all about tradition, love, and flavor — and today, it’s being prepared with extra care for a special family gathering.

The lamb is marinated in lemon, garlic, oregano, and olive oil, then wrapped and roasted slowly with potatoes and capsicum until it’s fall-off-the-bone tender. Aromas are filling the kitchen, and we can’t wait to serve this comforting, rustic centerpiece — a true celebration of heritage and seasonal cooking.
