I hope to inspired some of you guys instead of providing entertainment. I believe this is more important and I wanted to use this platform to send a message especially at a time like this.
Here’s 5 things that I’ve learned after 1940 sets & 20554 reps in 12 weeks.
🥊If your goal is to do 10 push-ups, aim for 20. I just wanted to be fit/healthy but decided to train like a boxer.
⏳The first hour of your day is the most important time - Do what is most important - Exercise, meditate & read etc
👟Start as small as you want, consistency is key, domino effect is a real thing.
💪🏽Don’t ever give up, maintain but don’t give up. I was up to week 6 during this program due to covid gyms were shut. I maintained till gym reopen and bounce straight into from day 1 again.
😁Enjoy the journey, I don’t look at exercising as a goal anymore - it’s now a habit, like brushing your teeth. It should be like that and can be - What worked for me - The why, the purpose of been fit and healthy. What else matters more than health?
