✨ Wedding Coordination Highlight ✨
Yesterday, I had the absolute pleasure of coordinating the wedding reception for Chris & Jason ❤️
Chris was a true DIY bride — she poured her heart into designing and preparing all the decorations and stationery for the big day. A few months before the wedding, she reached out for some extra support to bring everything together, and we got to work!

💡 The Planning Process:
✔️ 1 in-person meeting to visit the venue, confirm measurements & discuss the floor plan
✔️ I created a custom floor plan visual + event documents to keep everything organized
✔️ We communicated through emails & video calls — Chris shared her décor photos and vision

🍾 On the Day of the Event:
🎉 Picked up the venue key and completed full setup: tablecloths, plates, chair covers, décor & stationery
🎉 Coordinated with vendors to keep everything on schedule
🎉 Assisted guests — answering questions, guiding them, and making sure they felt welcome
🎉 Packed up all decorations and cleaned the space as much as possible

It was a beautiful day full of love, laughter, and personal touches — and I was so honoured to help bring Chris’s vision to life 💕

Starting 4-6 weeks before your big day - I will help you to create your timeline, finalise the details and reach out to your vendors to ensure that your day runs smoothly. If you are planning to do your own decor, I can set it up and pack it down for you as well. It is a great option for everyone that has DIY venues or needs a little bit of extra help on a day.

Flower arrangements, candles, arches and much more… customised to your vision and budget, no minimum spending, let’s chat and bring your vision to life together!

Hiring option

Candles, centrepieces, vases, flowers - package created to suit your event. Simply message what you need and I will arrange for you to pick it up.
